Pros

In theory, people are hired by merit. Salary was fair, in the 2010 economy. Training materials were fairly well prepared.

Cons

There was very little feedback in the hiring process, no way to even verify that one's skills test score had arrived where it needed to go, or when one might get called for an interview. Last-minute changes in procedures caused a lot of needless drama. Crew leaders regularly worked way over 40 hours, were expected to be available 7 days a week, with very rare OT pay.
