      quality product and services to sell. If you want a raise, open up a new account. Innovative company.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to get across the sense of urgency to all departments. After all it's food service and customer's want what they want now.

      Pros

      This would be a good place to work for entry level employees that would not be able to compare the way things used to be and the way things have changed. Training is almost a weekly occurrence but helpful in gaining knowledge in all aspects of foodservice.

      Cons

      Sysco is buying US and everything will change to Sysco corporate mentality.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great workout. I've been driving for US for many years and never worried about layoffs even during the recession.

      Cons

      Hard work, bad management,and no communication. Do not get hurt in this company because they treat you awful even if you were a good employee before. There are several employees now worried about their job just because they got hurt. The Sysco merger is definitely a concern to most employees and bad communication about the merger from upper management.
