Pros
Pay is excellent and the benefits are top notch. The people are fantastic to work with. The drivers all are willing to help you out.
Cons
The hours are long. Most days are more than 12 hours a day. At times they try to get you to use your 16hr exemption for other than emergency use. There is no work life balance at all. Typically you do not get notified your start time till the night before most times leaving you less than 6 hrs sleep. Because of High turnover rate in warehouse the pallets are usually built upside down and backwards causing you to dig through the pallets all day long to deliver customer products. The only holidays you have off is Christmas day and New Years Day if they fall on a weekday.
