Union treats non Union workers bad

Employees are extremely rude and the managers don't care as long as quota is being met. I was hired to be a warehouse selector but was told i had to work the forklift because of my skills. Got paid less than what i was promised and told i wouldn't make that much because i was a forklift driver (a job i wasn't even hired for). Manager told me if i wanted to stay on the forklift he'd pay me $20 an hour so i agreed. When he changed my title in the computer he put my pay as $16.50 then told me i could work up to $20. After an employee got into an argument with me (for the 5th time) i told a manager that responded with "he gets like that sometimes, don't worry about him" i walked out. But not before the manager gaslighted me into thinking it's my fault i couldn't handle the pressure. Apply at your own risk. This company needs better management.
