Pros

Pretty good benefits and pay. Strong financially. Growing company. Overall good company promoted employee engagement.

Cons

Many team managers view themselves only as people managers, not leaders. No detailed up front training or orientation; only orientation received was after 3 months. Constant changing and reorganizing. Yes, change is a constant in the world, but if a company wants loyalty long-term, it needs to give it. Thus, there is a lot of turnover due to uncertainty of job security. Next to no upward growth opportunity - they actually promote lateral movement first.
