Deterred from taking alternate routes to avoid overages. managers refuse to call you back or answer their phones when called. Human resources protects the company and tries to bribe you with "randomly selecting your name" as a winning contestant to receive a free t-shirt, hat, and spoon. Does not properly train on equipment and refuses to fix equipment when red tagged. Forcing drivers who travel long distances into a CNG truck that cannot maintain the correct PSI necessary to complete the trip in peak hours of heat---along a route with no available fueling stops.
Their competitors are taking their businesses from them and their project management/marketing/sales teams aren't fighting them. Effecting route and shuttle drivers across the board.
