Great Pay and benefits package when hired on.

Cons

Need to make a percentage performance of 100% in all department, the percentage is made impossible when new and working 12 hr shifts. management always pressuring you and not enough time to make the goal. unless you do this in a 10 week period you wont get hired on... so no benefit till then... i made it to the next department by no taking my break and half a lunch. and working super but super hard....

Pros

Great people to work with. Fun Corporate conferences. Great Facilities. Always trying to improve processes.

Cons

Keep your head down in your cubicle. Standing up and talking can hurt merit. It takes a long time to move up into a new position. Have to jump through hoops to prove you qualify for promotion. Sometimes people who are more qualified for a job get held down while others who are in the click move up. Incorporates six sigma to improve processes, which unfortunately takes a looooong time. I think there were some processes improvements that took a year and still were not finalized when I left.
