Horrible management-- managers promote toxic work culture, only care about the business and disrespect their teams. Even with complaints, upper management turns a blind eye. Make sudden changes to job responsibilities with little to no training. In order to have holidays off, the days and weeks in preparation for these days become incredibly stressful. You basically need to work the hours you have off beforehand. After lay offs, took away all career trajectory options. Managers manage huge teams that take away all team culture.

Contemporary work envronment at corporate. Plenty of opportunities especially if you want to relocate

Low margin business so costs are heavily scrutinized. “Making the number” often fell on the backs of employees by reducing bonuses and deferring raises.
