      Large portfolio & foot print in the Food Service Industry

      Cons

      Revolving Door in Upper Management - most of which have no Food service background. Employee experience and tenure are not valued. It is all about how to hire Millennials and save a buck. No job security. Positions are created and dissolved on continuum. The sales team is forced to sell US Foods brands to customers even if that is not what the customer wants. Values have been sacrificed to appease Stockholders.

      Management to most departments is a joke! employees lead by example, not management. Different rules for different people...... diversities? wait where ???? Corporate is clueless and hurting every single divisions with senseless decisions

      The company isn't loyal to anyone. It's hard to remain enthusiastic when many people are losing their jobs. Very little stability.
