      Pros

      decent pay,there are a few great co-workers. some work from home days (although more flexible for some more than others)

      Cons

      Way too many changes. Management/upper management can't seem to get it together. Just as someone get accustomed to their manager, builds relationships with vendors, divisions and peers on "their team" they move people around. To change managers an average of at least 3x a year is insanity. People have gotten promoted over people far more experienced and knowledgeable about the business and systems. There isn't much work/life balance. Management has zero compassion for their employees families or health.

      Pros

      Benefits are great, and the non-management people who work there are great to work with... I learned many things there, especially that training can always be better, and that even when you WANT to trust one or more people, eventually, it's eat or be eaten.

      Cons

      60+ hours of work - too many accounts, not enough account reps. Directors and management who don't know what they're doing; National Sales Reps become assistants and "analyst secretaries" to management. Underpaid, overworked. Not enough transparency between "pawns" and management. Survival of the fittest or in this case, "survival of he who brown noses the most" or looks out for themselves and no one else.

      Good peers to work with.

      Cons

      Conflicting priorities, unclear guidance, inconsistent leadership, inconsistent messaging, cliques among leadership, poor health insurance, corrupt human resources teams, unrealistic expectations, double standards, sales teams treated well while operations teams treated like second class citizens, racial bias, if you aren't part of the Union there is no protection for you
