      Solid company with an array of career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Recently, company is heavily focusing on return on investment for shareholders. That comes at a immense cost to employees, especially salary. Company seems to no longer care about salary employees in an attempt to make shareholders happier. I have been here 7 years and like this company. However, recent changes to shareholders changed job quality immensely, making company less desirable to work for. Updating resume and applying outside company soon, unfortunately...

      Decent pay. remote work, and PTO.

      Everybody turns on you fast. Seems fitting the CEO was forced to resign, definitely see favoritism and bullying which lead to employees (unfortunately their best employees, shouldn't be a crime to be the best and the standard others should follow) being setup to look incompetent, the weak link, and un-cooperative while the rest of the team and department flake on their work, dodge doing their work (HR is not exempt from this kind of behavior either, disappointing) and the managers don't care to be fair, easier to fire their best team member and act disappointed about it then actually treat them as a human being.

      Pros

      Pay was good until you realize you are pushing 70 hrs a week, so it was like working 2 jobs

      Cons

      Unorganized.. Waiting for loads daily for hours. Sending 48' trucks into places that clearly state on their own itinerary NO 48' TRUCKS! Horrible equipment, old trucks that are beat to hell.
