      Pros

      I was lucky enough to meet some amazing people that made the job bearable.

      Cons

      -Lack of pay -Lack of support from upper management -Promotions are decided by who is apart of the “Boys Club” (some women are permitted if you gossip more than you work) -Lack of respect for warehouse employees and buyers (local and RSC side)

      Micro-Managed, poor benefits, not open to change

      There are other departments if you are lucky to get out of the Payroll department...good luck

      Cons

      Micro-managed, not treated like a salaried person at all...except when it is expected to work extra hours. You start with 2 weeks vacation for the first 7 years. In the payroll department you get to work on the Sunday prior to the holiday (at 6am) and earn a comp day to use at another time. OMG if you might have a peer to chat with for 5 minutes, you will get talked to about it, unless you are in the popular cliche'.

      they are completely cool with office relationships on any and every level if you do a good job and show up regularly you can earn the opportunity to do your other coworkers work Its completely ok to be in management and not know what we do or even leave your office all day They do have pretty solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay isnt competitive with market Zero identity or idea of where company is going since merger fell through Management team is a complete joke. No desire to fix things. Zero accountability
