Pros

This used to be a great place to work. I had over a decade of success here in several divisions and various positions however over the past 3 years the leadership and culture has changed for the worst!

Cons

Long hours, average pay, cut throat environment, the worst communication and leadership planning you could imagine. Outsourced most general help lines overseas to terrible companies. Turnover has continued to increase year after year. Trust me there are better places to work. They have awful hiring practices that make it easy to get in the door, but most associates quickly look for new jobs once they see they are set up to fail.

Pros

You get paid for everything you do. Excellent opportunity to make a lot of money. After your route, you may be able to go help someone and make some more money. There is probably an opportunity to work a sixth day if you want.

Cons

For some reason communication has always been an issue. Rules change without letting people know that rules have changed, good and bad rules. If someone listens in orientation, they know more than tenured drivers. Also false information has been given during orientation. Only thing I don't understand.
