You can be the best at your job but unless you are someone's favorite you will not be praised, promoted, or given inside help like easier areas to manage or a good word put in with local managers. Favoritism first, skills last.

You are worked like a dog doing double the work that would be expected for a human. Terrible PTO. Place is so congested people are stationed in conference rooms.
