      •Potential to make good money (performance-based scale) •Decent health benefits •Doesn't require college degree

      •Nights •Strenuous work •Never know how much overtime you'll have to work •Chances for advancement in company are limited due to the decrease in pay for being promoted •New CEO implementing restructuring of divisions to lay off hundreds of employees •Top-level management is only interested in profits, don't care about employees' quality of life or work environment as long as they can skirt legal issues

      Lots of opportunity, good location, great people, good benefits, good communication from management on business developments. Opportunity to work on large high profile projects and with large customers.

      Cons

      The protracted merger process has created a lot of uncertainty. Clearly, not all managers are created equal and US Foods has its share of managers that should not be managing people or projects.

      Great Colleagues, potential to learn a good deal of product knowledge.

      Cons

      Upper management within the division and on the corporate level keep creating obstacles that interfere with our selling time and ability. If they could they would have you work 24/7. There is no respect for the employees.
