Pros

They pay you on the scheduled pay days.

Cons

Racism by upper management. If you are not military, they will not respect you or give you value. As a Supervisor, you end up performing as a driver 4-5 days a week. They do not want to hear about issues or anything that may require effort or energy on their part. The Supervisors are the scape goats for all issues and there is no support for them. HR does not know how and will not support you, if someone is yelling and cursing at you. They are car sales people, that lie to get you into the position, so they can blame you for everything. Drivers run the company, not management. There is no accountability for the Routing department. They do not care about problems or issues, because they are too afraid to confront the Routing department or drivers.

Pros

Decent Pay Good Insurance & Benefits

Cons

Too many disorganized moving parts. As a seller, you want to sell. Instead you're left to fix mistakes. Even though they use Salesforce, many processes of the business make you feel like this is the early 90's. A lot of the way organic business the company currently has or new business they receive is very political in how they distribute those accounts to sales people (at least that's how it is in Manassas, VA) The Regional Sales Manager had really poor leadership skills as well. The culture of Sales has the Territory managers competing against each other rather than helping each other and has each district within the company competing against one another rather than helping one another. It's a vicious cycle and cut throat position and company. 55+hrs a week 6 days a week for decent pay. Once you get the hang of things after a couple of years then its 40 hours a week.

Pros

Nothing to say. Just a couple nice people.

Cons

Low pay, horrible benefits. They only give 2 weeks vacation no matter your experience, you need to negotiate anything extra. Old technology. Lifers who dislike anyone who wants to do the right thing. It's full of people who are part of the Good Old Boys club. There's one person who has no relevant value yet somehow she been there for 25 years who likes to go to meetings and wants everyone to introduce themselves, their title, and how long they've been there. The reason is so she can gloat about her tenure. If someone ends up being there longer then her she has a fit. HR is useless and non existent.
