      Pros

      Great company. Pay good, I got a 40% bump in pay when I came to the company from my previous. Projects here were transformational and exciting to work on. Management is very transparent. I always knew how the company was doing. Leadership was very open about our future with the merger. I understood that my position would be eliminated because the headquarters would be moved to Houston. This gave me plenty of time to look for the right position that I was excited to move on to.

      Cons

      The sale to Sysco and the long stretch of not knowing what will happen. It's still in a review process with the gov. The headquarters will be in Houston which means we will eventually be laid off. Many of us were told between 3 to 6 months after the close date.

      Pros

      My division is one top the best in the country. Great people, good culture.

      Cons

      Training support horrible. No follow up or urgency - just teach as you go. Systems are getting in the way of customer service know that the merger with Sysco is going on. Company was on upward track until it sold its soul to Sysco for billions. All the hard work to change and be a better company is in the tank. Layoffs are looming.

      Pros

      The attendance policy is lenient for tardiness, This is especially good for those that live in snowy climates where the weather is unpredictable for commute times.

      Cons

      Just like any other big company, great if going towards the top of the pyramid, if not, sucks to be you. They come out with their quarterly pep rallies to spur on the troops. But for most of the people who have been there long enough these are just one big waste of time.
