Incompetent management. Down right disregard for food safety with produce, raw meats (beef, pork, and chicken). Toxic workplace on both coworker and customers end unless your coworkers are chill. Retaliation is very obvious and common. The customer is always right, leading to overtime which you will get yelled at too about. Concerns never listened too, and all managers lack ever taking a food safety course.

Management get caught up in starting and stirring any drama, and will drag people in with them. I was there for a month, something different every day. One week people will get suspended, the next the managers will spread rumors about employees and sometimes even other shifts that aren't Stockyards.
