      GREAT ASSOCIATES TERRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT

      Pros

      The associates are amazing once you get to know them. You learn a lot from them. They will respect you when you learn to speak their language.

      Cons

      UPPER MANAGEMENT. Director was hired based on relationship with VP and not on ability. From this it caused a lot of disdain with other managements. Director doesn’t know how to lead. Vp coddles director, overall horrible as a leader. There is no protection for management. Selectors can disrespect and threaten and won’t receive suspensions.

      Getting Worse by the Day

      Pros

      They keep off shoring internal jobs, cutting seller’ bonus structures, and all around becoming a worse company to work for. Stay away!

      Most recent changes made to appease investors and copy their competitor that they’ll never be as good as (Sysco)

      Pros

      We were able to work remotely even before Covid. It was hybrid.

      Cons

      I sourced all of the financial departments to out of country. Leaving even more people, jobless, and economy a little worse.
