Horrible management-- managers promote toxic work culture, only care about the business and disrespect their teams. Even with complaints, upper management turns a blind eye. Make sudden changes to job responsibilities with little to no training. In order to have holidays off, the days and weeks in preparation for these days become incredibly stressful. You basically need to work the hours you have off beforehand. After lay offs, took away all career trajectory options. Managers manage huge teams that take away all team culture.

Great WFH policy, amazing co workers, work life balance, good pay

Cons

Used to be the place to work at many years ago. Incredible leadership, team outings, lots of training for upward mobility but now there is no clear direction. There have been so many layoffs which makes zero sense when earnings and results have been nothing but great. The direction they say they are headed doesn't make any sense, zero accountability on leadership, and zero transparency. So much for the culture activation a few months ago, we have lost so many talented individuals due to the incompetence of leadership.

If you are a female, especially in IT, this is not the place for you. You will be disrespected and condescended to daily. Senior leadership is great at "talking" but not as good about doing. They frequently talk about speaking up if you see something wrong with no fear of retaliation. Who are they trying to kid? Retaliation and pettiness rule.
