      Pros

      Incredible atmosphere. A company that truly seems to care about its employees. Open floor to all that speak up and give intelligent arguments to real issues and process. The growth going on leaves a lot of room for rapid advancement.

      Cons

      A lot of change going on. Makes things seem overwhelming at times. However, if you keep your head straight, and learn. You will have no problem.

      Pros

      Good company doing things to stay at the creative forefront. Believe company has the right senior leaders in place now to keep things moving along positively.

      Cons

      Cultures can vary depending on the group you work with. Lots of gold ol' boys in certain pockets slowing the company down.

      Great company to work for if you're not losing your job

      Pros

      Fun environment to work in. Flexible hours and managers are easy to get along with. They want to see you do well and support you. Great benefits. Great culture.

      Cons

      Laying off a lot of people due to going public. Putting stakeholders in front of current employees and potentially customers. Went from hourly to salary, and a good portion of employees have to still work OT, but we don't get compensated for it now. Bonus is now based off of the entire company doing well, not your specific job. So nobody knows what kind of bonus we will get.
