Great team mates, supportive vendor community, fair salary, exposure to gain different facets of knowledge, experiences and insights to different types of business operations.
Cons
Management lacks leadership and sincere coaching. Too much micro management wasted on petty things. Too much pressure to do other's responsibilities phasing it as team work. Demanding hours with little time to personal life, sometimes feel like you're on call anytime any day, little career growth opportunities unless you're at corporate, and lack of true focus because everything is urgent, priority, and a firedrill causing stressful days and sleepless nights.
