      Pros

      Benefits and pay are good 401(k) is excellent with company match and you also receive stock options every quarter at a 15% discount.

      Cons

      Very demanding schedule must work 12 to 14 hours a day five days a week with only 10 hours off in between shifts

      Cons

      Lousy management, won't get on the truck, but instead wants to just sit in the office and do nothing. Management sucks, they will back stab you
