Pros

Overall a great job with many opportunities and excellent pay. There is a wide variety of investigations, which is nice if you don't particularly care for drug trafficking cases.

Cons

Upper management is not great and there is definitely still a good old boys club when it comes to promotions and overseas assignments. This part has definitely improved, albeit slowly.
