Pros

High graded jobs -- get paid GS 14 pay to do clerical work

Cons

good ol boy system has gotten worse under Trump. Managers are incompetent and uncaring. Play dumb and say yes and you will get promoted quickly. The public hates ICE as much as the employees do, so there is a personal risk working here.
