Pros

Great benefits and salary. Job is interesting, rewarding, and always something new each day.

Cons

Very discriminating towards non-white, females, and gender. Management running ICE have very little experience in the field, harass employees they do not like in hopes to fire them, and employees must deal with Management corruption at all levels.

Pros

Really there are none. Unless you consider carrying a weapon for this agency a Pro? But this agency is full of unprofessional people.

Cons

Imagine the worst agency you could work for, then multiply by 10.
