Pros

Guaranteed pay check whether you work hard or not

Cons

In-fighting still continue from the merge of 2 organizations, favoritism is rampant, job mission changes annually. A lot of knuckle draggers and political hacks.

Pros

Most of management has an extensive law enforcement background.

Cons

Very, very poor people and leadership skills. Management also has difficulty in translating law enforcement skills into people skills.
