Pros

Excellent boss, autonomy in the work, flexible work schedule, great benefits, ample training opportunities. Great opportunity to learn the basics of contracting and FAR

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. There are lifers across the board and after capping out in a grade promotions were not abundant.

Cons

Its for the federal government. Its tedious, boring work that has to get done
