Pros

Great courtroom experience. Great exposure to immigration law.

Cons

Heavy litigation work with little or no prep time beforehand. Not flexible with remote work as most judges want in person hearing. Everyone is super busy so it's hard to get a hold of someone to actually sit down with you to train you.
