      Top notch benefits... Defined pension plan, health benefits, retirement options, plenty of vacation and sick time. Fun and exciting work. Layoff protection provided by union contract.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to move up in the company. Time spent serving is more important than your job title. Sometimes there are lulls in your work.
