Pros

There are no pros to working at this location.

Cons

Where do I even start??! The leadership team consists of ill-mannered, impotent, disagreeable human beings who’d much rather engage in workplace politics than foster a healthy environment in which employees can thrive. Equipment is antiquated and extremely frustrating—yet operators are regularly blamed for mechanical failures; turnover is high—so we are often understaffed. If I continue, I’ll be here all day.

Pros

It’s a government job with good benefits after the 2 year mark when you convert as a career

Cons

No hours and low pay. Expect to work 1 day a week. You’ll get told you’re not guaranteed more hours until you become fast but you won’t work for days at a time.
