      Pros

      Great reasons to work are weight loss and staying in shape. You walk your butt off!! Also, the money is phenominal.

      Cons

      They work you like dogs. Cannot take time off, 6 day work weeks, 11 hour days, if you're sick they don't care. If you get hurt because you're overworked, it's your fault and they fire you, even if you got hurt on the job! Terrible company to work for!

      Pros

      Good benefits and job security. Access to excellent research materials and consulting help. Great retirement plan.

      Cons

      Organization is driven by rules and regulations. Hard for a manager to be creative and solve business problems effectively. Unions control what changes can and cannot be made. Seniority rewarded instead of creativity. Alot of paperwork involved with almost anything you want to do.

      Pros

      its fairly good pay and it's fairly good job security and you do get some job satisfaction from the customers

      Cons

      The management is horrible, very militaristic, you can never work hard enough and you will never get any recognition for being a good worker, if you are a good worker your only reward will be getting more and more work. The job requires working outdoors in all conditions including thunderstorms, 2 feet of snow and 100 degree heat, it is physically demanding some carriers walk 14 miles a day and climb 2000 steps a day
