Pros

Interesting opportunities, great potential to make a difference and work with some very dedicated people. Opportunity to travel nationally and internationally and gain great experience.

Cons

There was extreme back stabbing to advance in certain positions. It was frustrating to see people forget they were working for the government and not their own company with the advantages they took. Not family friendly, little work life balance, frat boy atmosphere on occasion.
