Pros

It's what you make of it, but can be great if you utilize all of the agencies resources.

Cons

Long hours, Agent run. Administrative personnel are not treated as well. Agents should not run divisions because they are Agents. They should head offices because they are experts in that given field.

Pros

Great work environment. Good pay. Good benefits. Supervisors work well with the needs/requests of the analysts. Opportunities for travel assignments.

Cons

Hard work/family life for agents but that doesn’t affect analysts as much. Less resources than some other federal law enforcement agencies. The SAIC sets the tone for an office so work environment depends on the SAIC which can be good or bad.
