You'll travel the world. It pays well for a government job.

Cons

You'll travel the world, but won't get paid for it. They call it a meritocracy, but everything is "timing". Agents are placed into a caste system. Once you are labeled, there is almost no way to change the course of your career.

Cons

Intense office politics, not enough manpower, frequently worked overtime without pay, forced flex days but still had to work, bad morale and leadership
