Pros

You are able to learn and grow with our company! We work hard and also get to play hard throughout the year. Every day is a new and exciting day full of challenges and rewards!

Cons

Normal work hours are Monday thru Friday. Wish we could work 4 days a week (10 hours daily) instead of 5 days a week( 8 hours daily).

Pros

USA has all the loan products you could ask for as a loan officer. The marketing materials are good as well. They put the customer first and do whatever it takes to close the loan on time. UW turn times are very quick.

Cons

Things change too often. When rolling out a new product not everyone is trained properly on the product or knows what to do and it gets rolled out too soon. It's great to say USA offers the product before anyone else but if it's not understood by the ones that are doing it it doesn't matter if you are the first to offer it or not. USA switches tools too quickly/often. Tools such as CRMs and mobile apps. Need to do more research on the product to make sure it's going to be something useful before rolling it out.

Healthcare is expensive, some co workers are not team players slow the process down
