Pros

Everyone is professional and very helpful. They don't micro manage you to death and they have very good training. I've been in the business for 3 years and have done all kinds of loans and I still feel like the training is one of a kind. they are very friendly people as well.

Cons

No real cons, but I will say that there was a little confusion on who was paying for my license renewal and by the time I got it figured all out it kind of delayed me getting started. So not a real con, but I felt like it could have been avoided.

They only con we had was the technology which we have pushed way ahead in the past 2 years and now are leading the path in our markets.
