      Pros

      Depending on the manager, they really take a personal interest in your career advancement and helping you to succeed. They also encourage work/life balance. I am in IT so that can be hit or miss by the nature of having to work odd hours. I still love it.

      Cons

      Parking. If you aren't in before 8am. You end up parking nearly 1/2 mile away from your work area.

      * Great projects to work on. * Great culture. * Freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      convoluted processes that slow technology implementation. Some of them are necessary, but most of them can be optimized.

      Pros

      USAA is great company with great benefits. You have onsite daycare. Training and learning opportunities are abundant. You have the ability to move between departments to get a global view of how a large corporation operates. The annual and Christmas bonuses are great benefits in addition to a good salary.

      Cons

      Red tape is abundant and rampant due to the size of the company. There are a lot of processes and procedures.
