Lied about WFH

Pros

Diverse workforce at all levels

Cons

They hired hundreds of employees as PERMANENT WFH, then they just decided to change their minds and required everyone to be hybrid. No apology for LYING to us. Just stated it was a business decision.

Pros

The benefits and pay are great.

Cons

The focus has become so sales driven that we're losing touch with our base, our members, who we've prided ourselves on serving. While I understand the need to find opportunities to ensure that they're well-protected, my has become a bit too focused on the sales pitch and not servicing the members... and it's showing up in our member critiques.
