Pros

The Benefits, the hours, the cafeteria options, the gym, decent salary, vacation time (much needed in call center), great coworkers

Cons

Metric system. A certain amount of people must fail and not receive bonus or raise each year. Indicates free financial advice, but advisors are graded on sales. Push toward life insurance regardless of members goals or needs. Managers can make or break you and your pursuit of advancement.

Pros

Benefits, culture, and annual Christmas party.

Cons

Even though management acts like they, "care." It's all an act, your just a number. Make your goals...... of course you want to make your Manager and Director SHINE. Sadly, they are part of the who you know, "good ole boys club." Knowing "someone" will get you where you want to go.
