Pros

Outstanding benefits, sense of professionalism within the company (rather than working for a slave-drive call center), positive attitude, positive reinforcement to perform (rather than negative reinforcement more commonly found elsewhere)

Cons

If you're uncomfortable with sales, you'll still be expected to perform. They say, "It's about helping the military and their families" but you're really just trying to sell them more products.

Pros

For the most part management really cares about the employees. Lots of perks (employee parties, etc), great bonuses, good benefits, matching 401k

Cons

typical call center. employees are overworked and get burnt out quickly. expect to be tied to the phones with few breaks, very little room for advancement in Phx unless you want to be middle mgt as most positions are in Texas.
