Pros

Good benefits, flex time, feels like working with family, and employees are valued. Achievable goals and metrics

Cons

Always very busy which helps the day go by fast. Large company so competition for advancement can be challenging but the sky is the limit

Pros

I worked for this company for 3 years and had to leave due to a change in location. I could not keep my employment. The company offers great benefits, is very high tech, good with people with disabilities and truly wants to make there members happy. They protect there members better then most financial institutions.

Cons

As an auto claims adjuster, i felt the training was a bit lacking. It was not hands on enough. Just taking modules on computers did not catch me well enough, but I came into the company with experience.

Pros

Excellent CEO, great benefits and salary. It truly is a great place to work. The senior management is working on some issues to make the company even stronger.

Cons

USAA could be better with workforce flexibility opportunities for employees, especially for those in customer contact jobs.
