Job growth and opportunities abound. Great mentor program, and training opportunities. Awesome benefits package with great bonuses. Overall a great place to work.

Once people get in at USAA they tend to stay, on average over 15 years, so career advancement could take awhile.

Pros

Competitive salary, low-stress, good benefits and time off packages. Pretty diverse job opportunities if you are willing to move. Decent pay for a decent job.

Cons

Call center work is call center work. Phone jocks sometimes get stressed because of unexpectedly high call volumes. Your experience depends a lot on your direct supervisor.

Pros

Competitive pay and bonuses. If you have a familiy and kids usaa offers top benefits hands down. Great family/work balance.

Cons

You're in a call center environment, so you're tied to the phone most of the day. Good news is it is primarily inbound calls and no cold calling!
