Call center work, Can be high stress work enviroment. Call assesments can be subjective. Part of performance ratings are based on "up sales" to members.

Pros

Great Benefits - Good health insurance options, great matching 401k plan, child care on site, gym, cafeteria and annual bonuses make it a pretty good reason to work there.

Cons

It's tough for me taking call after call after call. I have told my manager I don't want to be doing this 5 years down the road. It is relatively hard to change positions once you become established in an area. Hard to find help in customizing a plan for the future which includes promotions and moving up the ladder.
