Pros

This company is amazing. They properly train their employees from start to finish. You will know all about the company and have so much respect for the members you serve. It almost felt I was working for another branch of the military, the orientation and 3 months of training that followed prepares you for your job. You will always have refreshers courses to keep you up to date on your knowledge of the job. The benefits package is awesome as well, especially the college tuition assistance.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about this company.

Pros

Great benefits (medical, retirement, paid time off, etc.), decent pay, positive and enthusiastic employee workforce who believe in the core mission of the company, laser focused on member experience and satisfaction, a leader in technology

Cons

Pay is not quite as competitive as some big-name companies, hardly any choice in workplace location, a small amount of bureaucracy (though seems much better than other large companies)
