Pros

They pay well. Great benefits. You don't have to work more than 40 hours. They have really nice facilities. You don't have to be a genius.

Cons

It is extremely hierarchical. Top-down management approach. Heavy pressure to sell in most positions. It's like working in a brainwashing environment. Most people work weekends. Colleagues are total idiots. Most mid-level managers are total idiots and you only get promoted if you don't think for yourself and spread their weird propaganda.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits are ok.

Cons

Too much micro-managing going on and if you don't fit into their designs for the position to a tee, they will get rid of you. Nit-picking unimportant details of your work on a daily basis doesn't make for a safe or relaxed environment without fearing that you will lose your job.
