Going downhill

Pros

Great coworkers Middle Management and Engineers are all very helpful and attentive

Cons

Company seems to be going down a slippery slope. Benefits have been getting slashed in the past few years and more overhead for metrics are causing less and less work to be done. Company is making quite a bit of money from settlements, but always have an excuse when it comes to doing any company sponsored events.

Pros

Great leadership overall. They seems to mean well.

Cons

There is never down time. Phones are always ringing and you are expected to work your own files between calls, 30-90 seconds.
