Pros

The benefits are fantastic. Most of the time, your managers are willing to help you grow and progress. PTO is relatively easy to take if you plan ahead, and you can purchase additional PTO.

Cons

You are constantly constantly micromanaged. Something as simple as using the restroom will invoke anxiety if it is not on a scheduled break. If you block your phone to review a complicated issue, you will be pinged by management immediately to get back on the phone as it is a call center. You have to get used to the idea of providing poor/non proactive communication as a result. You do not have the authority to efficiently manage your files. They announced a “permanent” work from home policy, then they took it back and tried to force people back to the office!
