Pros

The members you serve and the people you work with. Overall the members love us, and it is a pleasure to go to work and serve people who hold the company in high regard. The pay is fair and the benefits are outstanding. Coworkers are always ready to help you, even if they are on a "competing" team.

Cons

Some of the work processes are unnecessarily convoluted. Some of the production statistics management focuses on are not a good reflection of the overall stated mission.
