Pros

Work from home is available.

Cons

Performance the 1st yr that is acceptable, will not be enough the 2nd yr & they'll put you on PIP. Wkly mtgs are really about how you are failing & not what you accomplished. No gratitude for excellent work & mbr satisfaction. They claim to care about military & their families except they took away late fees, charge people to get invoices unless you need large print or meet a certain older age bracket. They started charging because of overhead costs which they write off at the end of the year but won't give up the corporate jet that only certain employee have access too. They are gross & hide behind taking care of their military members but charge them unnecessarily.

Pros

Facility is wonderful, plenty of places to eat.

Cons

Majority of cubicles are empty, due to mass lay-offs the company never recovered from Management tends to micromanage, then all leave at the same time, leaving subordinate adjusters in-office with no upper echelon leadership Bonuses are used as a carrot, they cut them every year until there is nothing left. Work-Life balance is a joke, forced overtime
